Eligibility for Return/Exchange
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required
Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange
• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product does not match description on website
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or partially used products
• Products not in original packaging
• Products purchased on clearance or special promotion (unless defective)
Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash (same method as payment)
• Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
Exchange Process
• Contact us at purjoshherbals@gmail.com with your order number and reason
• We will arrange a pickup and dispatch the replacement product
• Exchange shipping is free if the error was on our part
